Ken Murray

Ken Murray is co-founder of VanillaSoft and has more than twenty years of experience in sales and the tele-services industry and is the designer of the initial software. As Senior Partner of a successful national marketing boutique, Ken saw first hand how software, if properly designed, could greatly enhance the results of his agents. His proven track record includes developing calling campaigns for Fortune-500 clients in numerous industries including financial services, insurance, non-profit, and media. Ken has successfully built and managed sales teams that have posted over one billion dollars in annual footing sales. Ken is alum of the Harvard Business School and completed their prestigious OPM program.

Leonard Sussenbach

Leonard Sussenbach is responsible for product development and product marketing. He was a product marketing manager for a Silicon Valley startup,
promoting their revolutionary over-the-air software maintenance
solution for cell phones. Before that he gained marketing experience with one of the largest global consumer goods firm in the world. He also worked as a consultant for large clients in the Netherlands, advising them on commercial effectiveness and later on information and telecommunications technology strategy. Finally, He graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and also holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.

David Hood

David is a successful software entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance, business development, and marketing. As co-founder and CEO of Hemera Technologies, David grew a firm from a basement start-up to a world-class player in the digital image content space in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Hemera, David held several positions at Corel Corporation, including responsibility for the Eastern U.S. Seaboard, the South Pacific, India, France and the UK. He has experience working with businesses on four continents. David holds a Bachelor in Biochemistry , a Masters Degree in International Affairs, and graduated from the Owner- President Management program (OPM) of Harvard Business School.

Simon Grégoire

Simon Grégoire is the director of the VanillaSoft research and development team. Drawing on over 20 years of development experience, Simon applies his expertise to strategically manage all programming activities and is directly responsible for the development of the principal application cores. Simon has acted as Development Manager at Tomoye, a pioneer in Online Communities of Practice, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Hemera, a leader in digital imaging and graphics management, and Senior Development Leader at G&A Imaging, a leading ID-based security company. He has won numerous international awards for his software design and user interfaces.

Rick Bennett

Rick Bennett is the one-man ad agency who took Oracle from $15 million to its first billion dollar sales year. Previous clients include Forté (acquired by Sun), Vantive (acquired by PeopleSoft), Junglee (acquired by Amazon.com), SDA (which became Cadence) and Salesforce.com, for whom he created the infamous I-will-not-give-my-lunch-money-to-Siebel campaign. A mathematician/inventor covered by Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, ABC's Good Morning America, NBC's Today and Tomorrow shows, and PBS's McNeil-Lehrer Report, Bennett specializes in triggering "tipping points."
